ADB’s ongoing funding of the power transmission sector in Pakistan has resulted in countless contracts being issued to contractors, suppliers and consultants. The funder, in conjunction with the government wanted to establish a systematic way to deliver and monitor infrastructure projects at a country level.

Solution

Aptilla undertook an analysis of the entire project delivery lifecycle and created a standardized digital approach to delivery and monitoring.

Impact

The digitalization of contract monitoring enabled the creation of filterable dashboards that enabled all stakeholders (funders, government and delivery agents) to monitor projects in “real time” and enable enhanced visibility on both disbursement and contract challenges.
